Youth Training Program

A famous British politician, Benjamin Disraeli (1804-1881) once said,

"The youth of a nation are the trustees of posterity."

No doubt, the younger generations are indeed proven to be the people who are going to lead the country in the near future. Our managing director, Mr. Lim definitely sees his very own vision fits very well with that of Benjamin Disraeli's.

On 30th May 2009, a specially-programmed Youth Training Course had been conducted in GTF Worldwide Sdn Bhd. This particular event was very special as many supportive GTF leaders came over to join the youngsters and generously shared their vast experiences with them.

The day started off with Mr. Lim's speech. Mr. Lim had elaborated the fine details about the differences between consciousness and sub-consciousness. Apart from explaining the alteration as far as the new marketing plan is concerned, he also delivered a persuasive speech to the audiences regarding the correct mindset which every successful individual should have. After the motivating speech, Mr. Lim challenged the audiences by asking them to present their original ideas about the smartest path to earn lucrative income in GTF business.

Audiences were concentrating in their own groups for discussion:

Mr. Chan was the first person who stood out and presented his ideas. He emphasized the importance of persistency.

"Nevermind the naysayers, all you got to do is to stand firm on the ground, grip your objective and your intention very tightly towards the end of the road," he advised.

Mr. Wong was the second person who shared his invaluable experiences. He started his presentation by visualizing the networking system, and shared with the audiences on the importance in building a network.

Ms. Tam, on the other hand, shared with the audiences on how she thought about the ways in earning rapid income along with some strategic explanations.


Next up, Mr. Sim also shared his priceless experiences throughout his GTF career thus far to the audiences.

Lastly, Mr. Tan stepped up to the front and reminded the audiences about how this new marketing plan can benefit each and everyone who got themselves involve in GTF business.

With remarkable advices from the leaders, audiences of the day, particularly the youths, have benefited greatly from them.

Another famous phrase which is quoted by Disraeli,

"Almost everything that is great has been done by youth."
