Alzheimer Improver

Align CenterCoffee is recently being promoted very heavily by advertisers here and there in Malaysia. One of the slogans which they like to use very frequently nowadays is emphasizing that inside the coffee beans, there are a lot of antioxidants which could delay aging process.

True, antioxidants can be found in a large percentage, but only in pure coffee beans with high quality. Of course, you will be benefited from the coffee if you're taking coffee with good qualities. Furthermore, a recent study even encouraged more people to consume coffee for extra benefits.

As we all know, coffee, besides having antioxidants in it, it also contain large amount of caffeine. Caffeine is being regarded as a type of Alzheimer improver in the mentioned study.

Researchers from Florida Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (FADRC), joined by fellow colleagues from US and Japan, had carried out a spectacular research on the effects of caffeine in Alzheimer's Disease sufferers. What is more, this piece of precious study is about to be published in the July issue of Journal of Alzheimer's Disease.

Dr. Huntington Potter from FADRC claimed that the study which they did can be regarded as one of the most successful Alzheimer-linked research being done in the history of science. The researchers found that, Alzheimer's Disease mice which were used in the study showed signs of beta-amyloid (a type of protein) accumulation in the blood. This type of protein is said to cause memory impairment.

After the study was carried out by dividing 55 transgenic mice (genetically-altered to develop symptoms of Alzheimer's Disease) into 2 different groups, where one group was given 500mg caffeine (equivalent to 5 cups of coffee) per day, while the other group was given non-caffeine edible materials; mice which consumed caffeine did better in memory tests which are fixed by the researchers, while the mice from the other group continued to do poorly in the tests. If more robust trials could be done in human in the near future, the outcome and benefits could be enormous.

Although this proves to be very beneficial to humankind scientifically, but if we look into it in a different perspective, caffeine is also one of the main causal factors where it could trigger hypertension as well as behaving maliciously toward pregnant ladies. But by consuming GT&F Products, without doubt, it contains no side effects (scientifically proven that it can be consumed for 350 times more than regular dosage) or whatsoever, in contrast, its abilities in improving Alzheimer's Disease seems to be crucial too! This study proves that the trivalent chromium in our products can definitely bring improvements as far as Alzheimer's Disease is concerned.

Vegetarians Vs Meat Eaters

Ever since the vegetarians emerged in this sophisticated society, many meat eaters have been criticizing the vegetarians about the foods they consume. Many meat eaters, particularly condemned that the vegetarian foods do not supply sufficient nutrients, thus probably causes the breakdown of body system.

But as the time passes by, many scientific evidences show that vegetarians could actually assimilate the needed nutrients from certain foods which are consumable, just by choosing the right foods; a fact which is undeniable.

Right now, another study has reassured the firm status of vegetarian benefits; that, in some ways, vegetarians are indeed better than meat eaters as far as health is concerned.

British Journal of Cancer recently shows a prospective study which links between vegetarians, meat-eaters and cancer. In this study, among over 61,000 participants (over 32,000 were meat-eaters, 8,500 were non meat-eaters who consume fish and over 20,000 were vegetarians) who took part, some 3,350 individuals from them were diagnosed with cancer (after a 12.2 years of follow up). Of course, this study is independent of other lifestyle behaviors with the likes of smoking and alcohol intake.

Among those cancer sufferers, study shows that some 2,000 individuals were meat-eaters, some 300 were non meat-eaters who consume fish, and around 800 were vegetarians. This result could basically and obviously telling us that meat-eaters emerges as the category of consumers who appear to have higher risk in encountering cancer.

However, in this study, it only shows that the only obvious differences was in cancer which concerns with blood, such as leukemia, non-Hodgkin lymphoma and multiple myeloma. Further studies are required to determine any further complication (cancer) which relates to edible foods and our health.

Thus, this piece of news also reveals that by eating fish and prohibits any other types of meat (particularly red meats) seems to be another good way in preventing cancerous complications. In addition, by consuming GT&F products can also boost our immune system and allow it to perform at its peak.

The result? No worries everyday, cancer goes away!
