OPP ~ Health and Motivation Talks & GTF Recognition Session

Many of us have so many responsibilities in life that we forget to take care of ourselves. Many of people who suffer from all kinds of illness resulted from their unhealthy living conditions. Of course, it’s hard to prioritize something like giving 30 minutes to yourselves for daily exercise when you have so many other priorities in life. However, having a well-cared-for body can make you feel good about yourself and your life, and conveys to others that you value yourself.

Dr. Lim Li Yi has delivered a health talk on “Diabetes - How to take care of yourselves” on 28th September 2009 (Monday). Diabetes is a serious disease. Following your diabetes treatment plan takes round-the-clock commitment. But your efforts are worthwhile. Careful diabetes care can reduce your risk of serious even life-threatening — complications. Diabetic must control their daily diet, check blood glucose level regularly, maintain exercise frequently as well as take care of own feet and eye conditions.

Next up, Ms Lydia Tung, a succesful female crown manager has gave a motivation talk on “战胜自己”. Do you live a life full of abundance or do you bury yourhead in the sand, look around and merely wish that your life could be a better place? When opportunity is coming. Will you be ready? You must keep improving your knowledge and skills, changing your lifestyle as well as taking new challenges in order to realize the ideal future of yourselves. Imagination must be accompany with practices to become reality. Keep asking yourselves, either you wish to become success? or you want to become success? Think about it.

The moment of remembrance, “GTF Recognition Session” started after the motivation talk. First, Mr. Lim, the managing director has gave a opening speech. The session started with the promotion’s sequence that started with managers, brown managers, silver managers, gold managers, diamond manager and lastly crown manager. Then, after the heartfelt sharing of new crown manager to the audiences, there was a cake-cutting ceremony. The whole event was progressed smoothly and successfully.
